Behind Sol & Sōma

Hi, I’m D’Arcy, the founder of Sol & Sōma.
An Australian living in Costa Rica, with a love for nature, movement and all the experiences that make us feel alive.

Sol & Sōma was born from a desire to create something beyond the yoga mat. A space to explore our feminine energy, connect with ourselves and other women, embrace new experiences and celebrate the beauty of being alive.

Through movement, mindful practices and shared experiences, my hope is to inspire women to live with greater intention, vitality and connection.
