Yoga & Movement

Move with intention.Feel more alive.

Yoga doesn’t have to look a certain way. Some days it’s strong and challenging. Some days it’s slow, quiet, and mostly lying down. Both count.

My classes are an invitation to move, breathe, and check in with how you’re actually feeling, so you can leave with a practice that feels good, on and off the mat.

Ways to practise

Find the practice that fits you.

01

Group classes

Flowing Vinyasa, slower Hatha and mobility classes around Guanacaste. Come on your own or bring a friend. Every level is welcome, and there’s always an option to make it softer or stronger.

Private classes

One-to-one sessions, in person or online, shaped around your body and how you’re feeling on the day. A good fit if you’re new to yoga, coming back from a break, or want to go deeper into your own practice.

What to expect

Breath first

Every class is built around the breath, so you can slow down and actually feel what you’re doing.

No need to get it right

Come as you are. Rest when you need to. There’s no pose you have to “achieve”.

Curiosity in your body

Move in a way that feels good for you, and notice how that changes from day to day.
